| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, with a pull out 3rd full size single bed, making it suitable for a family with 3 children if needed. |
| Bathrooms: | En suite to bedroom 1 has toilet, shower, bidet and large wash basin with mirror above and storage underneath. The bathroom has toilet, bath, with shower over, bidet and large wash basin with mirror and shelf. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with all that is needed to make your stay as easy as possible. Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric juice extractor, corkscrew, garlic press, toaster and all cutlery and crockery. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room houses the washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, dust pan and brush, mop and buket. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/diner is a light room with a lovely high ceiling. There is a 3 seater and a 2 seater cream leather settee. For evenings in there is satellite TV, DVD and a Playstation. |
| Other: | There is a large roof solarium with sun loungers and drinks tables and extensive views of the distant mountains. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | There is a charge of £50 for departure clean. All linen and towels (inc beach towels) are at the villa, a laundry charge of £10 per person. If you wish the villa to be cleaned during your stay this can be arranged. |
