Schedule of Council and Committee Meetings 2009 - 2010

The Full Council meets monthly (except August) on the second Tuesday of the month.
The Finance Committee, Personnel & Employment Committee meet on the Tuesday evenings on the dates shown.
From January, the Planning Committee meets on the last Thursday of the month.

Members of the public may attend and listen at any meeting, but may only speak in the Public Participation session of
the Full Council meeting. All meetings are held at the Birchmeadow Centre at 7.00 pm.
